What we paint
Our fit is small commercial work:
- Storefronts: siding, trim, doors and signage areas (we don’t paint the sign lettering).
- Offices: walls, ceilings, trim and doors.
- Restrooms: walls and ceilings in paint that stands up to cleaning.
- Small retail, break rooms, waiting rooms and hallways.

The photos on this page show two jobs: a storefront in downtown Greer, SC, repainted gray with black trim, and a commercial restroom with soft green-gray walls.
Storefronts take the same Upstate weather as houses: spring pollen, red clay splash at the base, and hard afternoon sun on west-facing fronts. Older downtown fronts often have brick, wood trim and metal door frames side by side, and each one gets the prep it needs before paint goes on. Inside, restrooms get extra care around fixtures, partitions and plumbing so the lines stay clean.
For large buildings or big bid packages, tell us the scope and we will be straight with you about whether it is a fit.
Working around your business
Painting a business is different from painting a house. Customers and staff still need to get in, and nobody wants paint smell during business hours. We plan the work in sections so you can stay open where possible, keep walkways clear, and clean up at the end of each day. After-hours or weekend work can be discussed. It depends on the job and our schedule, so bring it up early.
How we do it
- Walk the space with you and agree on what gets painted and when.
- Clean and patch. Holes, dings and cracks get filled and sanded. See drywall repair.
- Protect floors, fixtures, displays and anything that stays in the room.
- Prime patches, stains and bare spots.
- Two coats, with clean lines at ceilings and trim.
- Walk through with you before we call it done.
Which paint level fits
Inside: Performance (Duration Home) is our usual pick for offices, halls and restrooms that get scuffed and wiped. Showcase (Emerald) is the best finish for a front room customers see. Essential (SuperPaint) works for back rooms and storage.
Outside: Performance (Duration Exterior) for most storefronts, Showcase (Emerald Exterior) for deep colors or full sun.
What affects the price
We quote commercial work after a walk-through. Size, prep and repairs, ceiling height, access, and any after-hours scheduling all play a part. Restrooms take more time cutting around fixtures, and that shows in the price. You get a written quote before we start. See how we price, and interior painting and exterior painting for our process. We work across the Upstate, including Greer and Spartanburg.
